Noteworthy Software Solutions, LLC, doing business as Noteworthy ("Noteworthy," "we," "us," or "our") provides a managed service that modernizes local business websites and handles the search, review, and follow-up work around them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, request an audit, text or email us, or become a customer.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and business information: Your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, billing address, and other details you provide when you request an audit, contact us, or sign up.
  • Messages: Text messages, emails, and other requests you send us, such as asking us to update your hours or photos.
  • Connected account data: When you authorize us, we access accounts such as your Google Business Profile to manage listings, posts, and review responses on your behalf.
  • Usage data: Information about how visitors use our website, including IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and visit times.
  • Payment data: Payment information processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information We Process for Customers

When we operate a website or follow-up system for a customer, we process information from that business's own visitors and leads, such as form submissions, call and missed-call records, text messages, and review requests. We process this information on the customer's behalf and only to provide our services to them. The customer's own privacy policy governs how they use it.

Mailing List

If you join our mailing list, we store your email address and when and where you signed up. We send a confirmation email first and only add you to the list after you click the link in it. Every mailing list email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops further mailing list emails right away.

Text Messages

Noteworthy sends text messages only to people who text us at (470) 264-7515, or who otherwise opt in. The opt-in is published at noteworthy.solutions/contact. Messages are about your website, leads, account, and the service you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
